The Magic of AI Illusions

Have you noticed those viral AI-generated images circulating on social media lately? Upon first glance, they might appear as ordinary images, but take a step back from your screen, and hidden words start to emerge.

Naturally, we couldn't resist trying them out ourselves. Take a look at the images we generated and see if you can spot the concealed words!

Did you guess correctly? In order, the hidden words are: ART, TREES, EAT, FUN, SUNNY.

Curious about how we created them? It's surprisingly simple! We used a free AI tool called KREA to craft these intriguing images. Here's the step-by-step process:

1. Go to https://www.krea.ai/tool/patterns
2. Choose "Use text" and input the hidden word you wish to incorporate into the image.
   
   
3. Click on the text within the white square to adjust its size and position.
   
   
4. Once you're satisfied with the size and placement, click the "Accept" button and then input your prompt.
   
   
5. When you're finished, click "Generate," and KREA will produce one image for you. You can click the "Generate" button multiple times if you want more images.
   
   
6. If you're not happy with the outcome, you can adjust your final image's appearance. Just go to Advanced Settings, adjust the sliders, and click "Generate" again.
   
   
   
   Here are some helpful tips for optimizing your results:
   
   
   1. Pattern Strength: This influences the pattern's impact on the final image. It's generally a good idea to keep it around 1.0 or higher. In our example images above, we used a value of 1.4.

   2. Guidance Scale: Adjusting this value can change the overall appearance of your image. A smaller value leans towards aesthetics, while a larger one follows the prompt more closely. For the images we created, we stuck with the default value of 7.

   3. Diffusion Steps: This setting affects image quality. Higher values produce more detailed images but slow down the generation process. In our examples, we went with the default value of 30.
      
      

7. Click the Download icon in the bottom right-hand corner to save your image.
   
   
   
   P.S. The downloaded image does come with a small watermark at the bottom, but it's a minor trade-off for the great quality and speed offered by this free tool!
